front door leads to a porch which has hanging space for coats and
further to a spacious hallway.
A
large lounge with comfortable seating, Colour TV/Video and gas fire.
There are also a large variety of games, puzzles, toys and books
available.
The
Separate kitchen has an double eye level oven and gas hob. It is
well equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all
necessary kitchen equipment. Off the kitchen is a large
conservatory/dining room with dining space for up to 6, a small
seating area for lazy days, and a baby highchair. There is a
stereo, bar fridge, freezer , washing machine and
dishwasher.
There
are four bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 2 single. All bedrooms are
supplied with standard size duvets, pillows, blankets, bed linen and
bath towels.
The
Bathroom has a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and shaver point
and is adjacent to the WC
Other
equipment supplied includes: an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner
and cleaning essentials, as well as the following baby items: travel
cot, high-chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat, cellular blanket,
flannel sheets & waterproof

house is strictly non smoking.
Electricity,
gas and water are included in the booking price.
Families
only, Parties of unrelated adults not accepted. No single sex
parties.

are able to offer flexible dates over Christmas, New Year, Easter
and during the low season.
